Cancellation Before Processing

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.

We will try to accommodate the cancellation if the order has not entered processing, production, customization, or dispatch.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customized or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production or preparation has started.

This is because materials, labor, and production may already have been committed specifically to the customer's order.

Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled through the standard cancellation process.

In such cases, the order may be subject to the applicable return policy.
